The canal parade is one of the most anticipated Amsterdam Pride events. Parade participants, many of them active members of Amsterdam’s large LGBTQ community, dance or perform live music aboard colorful floats. Amsterdam gay Amsterdam or Amsterdam Pride, also known as the Amsterdam Gay Pride, is a citywide queer - festival held annually at the pride festival of Amsterdam, Netherlands during the first weekend of August.
